This Walgreens combines Rock Cast Stone products with a nationalized brick to create a facade that stands out from other Walgreens.
CHALLENGES THAT WERE OVERCOME:
Leferber is a multi-use building combining retail shops, office space, with high end apartments with the idea that you can live, work and shop all within the same location. There is quite a mix of masonry products including; Renaissance Stone, Indiana Lime Stone shaped as arches and various panel sizes.
Lockers Pointe is a multi-use building combining retail shops and high end apartments with secure underground parking in a convenient location on the corner of Swan and North in Wauwatosa, WI.

Besides constructing the underground parking from CMU's and maintaining waterproof capabilities, we had to work the entire job on a site that was confined right up to sidewalk space.
Dealing with the cut stone arches that weighed over 1100 lbs and the extreme confinement of the building because of its location, proved to be a challenge that we were capable of handling.
This was our first time working with the Rock Cast Stone product.
